Color Artist
William Eggleston - Untitled Field. The colors in this piece are particularly striking, because they have a very high intensity and value. Though this is clearly a natural scene, the colors are very close to being pure hues of primary and secondary colors. The green is a contrast to the rest of the colors because it is of a much lower value and therefore more subdued.
