This is a video that balance artist Bill Viola constructed in 1996. It is called "The Crossing" and has several relations to balance. For the most part it's symetrical (line down the middle, same guy, same clothes, etc) but the acts on each side are so different. I get a sense of balance after looking at this because water is the opposite of fire and the two together creates a kind of "meet in the middle" thought.
