Marcel Duchamp
Marcel Duchamp's famous painting "Nude Descending a Staircase, no. 2" is an excellent example of perceived motion. The artist uses the repetition of the human form to suggest his motion -- similar to a time-lapse photograph. The body is depicted abstractly with cubist techniques, and, although lines are defined, one could blur the boundaries between each human form, adding to the sensation of movement.
