This piece by Bernd and Hilla Becher reveals the uniformity of industrial structures through their analogous composition and there gridlike presentation here. This piece is a perfect example of visual unity achieved through a rigid grid. Also, though each individual object is unique, when viewed as a whole--and all in black and white--they seem very much identical, thus unifying the piece on multiple visual levels (the whole and its several parts).
