Piet Mondrian

In Composition with Red Blue Yellow, Piet Mondrian exclusively uses geometric shapes. His use of rectangles and lines of uniform weight creates a relaxing sense in his art and unifies the piece. while there is a certain extent of color variation, the use of rectilinear shapes is the dominant element in the painting and it creates a sense of order and organization.
